Playing on your device
AI and local two-player games run on your device. No Kanso account, ads, or our own tracking, analytics or crash-telemetry SDKs. Saves and dice statistics are not sent to a Kanso server. Apple system diagnostics follow your Apple settings.
Local data and deletion
The app stores settings, current games, tutorial progress, dice logs, statistics and Premium entitlement status locally so you can resume. Data remains until replaced or deleted. Deleting the app removes its local data. Device backups depend on your Apple settings and can be managed there; the app has no separate CloudKit sync.
Premium through Apple
Product information, purchase, restore and entitlement checks use Apple StoreKit. Kanso receives no credit-card or bank details. Apple processes App Store data under its own privacy policy. Deleting the app does not delete your Apple purchase history.
Optional support report
At your request, the app can copy a report to the clipboard: your message, app/OS version, device model, resolution, language, UI scale, edition and whether a save exists. Nothing is sent automatically. You decide whether to email it. Do not include passwords or payment details.
Website and email
Cloudflare serves this site and processes necessary connection/security data such as IP address, requested URL, time and browser details. We use no advertising or visitor analytics. Your language choice stays in your browser until you clear site data. Cloudflare Email Routing forwards support mail to Gmail. We use your sender address, message and optional attachments to answer you.
Purposes, legal grounds and retention
Contract-related requests are processed under GDPR Art. 6(1)(b); other requests and secure website delivery under Art. 6(1)(f), our legitimate interests in assistance and security; legal retention duties under Art. 6(1)(c). We retain requests while needed for handling, justified evidence or legal obligations, then delete them. Apple, Cloudflare and Google may process data outside the EEA; their linked privacy policies explain processing, transfers and safeguards.
Your rights
Subject to legal conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may complain to a data protection authority, including in your country of residence or the authority for North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. Contact privacy@kansogames.dev.
